November 2025 — Kieffer Moore's Hat-Trick and a Real Unbeaten Run

A WrexPat's monthly look back at Wrexham AFC — November 2025

If October was about patience, November is when it started paying off. Wrexham went unbeaten across the month, and for the first time all season the playoff conversation stopped feeling like wishful thinking.

The Coventry hat-trick set the tone

Technically the last day of October, but its ripple effects carried the whole month: Kieffer Moore scored a second-half hat-trick to beat league leaders Coventry City 3-2 — their first league defeat of the season. RobRyanRed's Nathan Salt and Rich Fay called their episode covering it "Rising To Promotion?" and honestly, the question mark felt earned rather than premature for once.

Four games, seven points, zero losses

A 0-0 away at Portsmouth against Nathan Jones's side kept the run alive, then substitute Josh Windass buried a late penalty to beat Charlton 1-0 — part of a stretch where Wrexham took 7 points from 9 in eight days. A 0-0 at Ipswich and a 2-0 home win over Bristol City closed out an unbeaten November.

Parkinson's mentality point

After the Coventry result, Parkinson praised the squad's mentality in a way that felt less like standard post-match talk and more like a manager who could see the shift happening in real time. I felt it too, watching from three thousand miles away — this was the month Wrexham stopped looking like a team adjusting to the Championship and started looking like one that belonged in it.
