RETURNS/REFUNDS:
PRINT ON DEMAND MERCHANDISE
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each product is custom made to order and as such we do not offer refunds, unless it's a quality issue, in which case please contact us.
CHECK THE SIZING, AND CHECK IT TWICE!
It goes without saying, but ordering an item that it too small or big is not fun. Please review each item's description for the sizing, in inches and centimeters.
If there is a printing and/or quality error, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, contact us at wrexhamusa@gmail.com
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
ITEMS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY
Hats are shipped out separately. The listed price includes US shipping to all mainland US addresses. The hats are created in small limited batches and barring any damage during shipment, we do not offer refunds except in the case of an error on behalf of Wrexham USA (i.e. shipped wrong hat).
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
