At Wrexham USA, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of our products, items may ship from different locations.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Hats: Shipped from Las Vegas within 3 business days of order placement
- All Other Merchandise: Made to order by our print-on-demand vendors and typically shipped within 5 business days
Important: Split Shipments
Unless otherwise stated, hats are shipped separately from other merchandise. If your order includes both hats and other items, you will receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. This allows us to get your items to you faster rather than waiting for everything to be ready at once.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email for each shipment. Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) for tracking updates.
Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier used. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment, though this may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Made to Order
Most of our products are custom-made specifically for your order. This made-to-order approach means slightly longer processing times but ensures quality and reduces waste.
