Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on standard orders.

Exceptions:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size or product), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right by providing a replacement or refund for qualifying issues.

Why All Sales Are Final:

As a small business, each item is either part of a limited run or printed on demand specifically for your order. This made-to-order model allows us to offer unique designs while minimizing waste, but it also means we cannot accept returns on standard orders.
